A recap from our TOKEN2049 2021 drinks reception

The TOKEN2049 conference in London was a welcomed reunion for members of our community to celebrate all things decentralised finance and reconnect with friends from across the globe. We were all encouraged to ‘fall down the DeFi rabbit role’ as we hosted the leaders of the crypto, DeFi and NFT worlds at Aqua Kyoto in the capital’s bustling Argyll Street.

Shout out to founders and friends who have been great supporters of YAP Global this year. Attendees included Sidney Powell, co-founder of Maple Finance, Will Harborne and Daniel Yanev, co-founders of DeversiFi, Lexi Short, Chief Marketing Officer of DeversiFi, George Harrap, co-founder of Step Finance, Stella Zlatareva from Nexo and Joon Ian Wong, founder of ACJR to name a few.

Nice to also see journalists who we enjoy working with such as Tim Copeland – editor at The Block and Christian Williams – editor at Crypto Briefing.

It was especially lovely to host NFT artist Pplpleasr, Camilla McFarland from Seratonin & PleasrDAO and Manu Alzuru of DoinGud.

A big thank you to all of our guests for joining us and we hope everyone had a safe trip back from London.
