Debra is Director, Head of Growth at YAP Global. Based in New York, she leads PR strategy across the agency’s global team, turning complex crypto, fintech, and AI narratives into mainstream media coverage. She also leads the agency’s business development, expanding YAP’s client book and building long-term partnerships with some of the sector’s most influential companies.

Her expertise span DeFi, real-world assets, stablecoins, privacy, and Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchains, including three of the ten largest DeFi protocols. She has secured coverage in TIME, The Economist, Bloomberg, CNBC, Fortune, Forbes, and TechCrunch, and has run press operations for flagship industry conferences drawing tens of thousands of attendees.

A regular speaker at industry events from New York to Buenos Aires, she was named Best PR and Communications Strategist by Wirex in 2025. She holds an LLB from King’s College London.
