Rita is YAP’s Head of People and Culture, working with senior leadership to build a culture where employees thrive and YAP Global continues to flourish as an exceptional place to work.

Drawing on over six years of experience in people & culture gained at tech start-ups, Rita’s career also includes her tenure at Circle's as PR Manager for Europe, where she contributed to the successful PR launch of USDC.

Rita is excited to be back in the crypto space, and is eager to witness how the rapid rise of DeFi and web3 will disrupt conventional industries in the coming year.
